In Game 4 of the Western Conference Final on May 27, 2025, the Edmonton Oilers secured a commanding 4–1 victory over the Dallas Stars at Rogers Place, taking a 3–1 series lead and moving within one win of returning to the Stanley Cup Final. CBSSports.com

However, the victory was tempered by the loss of forward Zach Hyman, who left the game early due to a controversial hit by Dallas' Mason Marchment. 

Game 5 is scheduled for May 29 in Dallas, where the Oilers will have the opportunity to clinch the series and advance to the Stanley Cup Final.
